Led by Fayth, founder of Amygdala Home, each session explores the connection between scent and emotion. You'll learn about the amygdala, the power of the olfactory system, and the therapeutic benefits of using essential oils in candles. Discover the art of blending natural essential oils with soy wax to create your own beautifully unique candle.
After the workshop, take time to savour something delicious from the on-site menu or enjoy a peaceful stroll through Bluebell Coppice Park.
